>> [Inaudible] and I'm the communications manager for LCSWMA. It's a funny acronym for the Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority. So my functionality with the authority is really three-fold. The first is what I would call a marketing and awareness building. Part of my role also public relations so that includes media relations as well and then I also direct all of our public education efforts for the authority. So working for a solid waste authority there's a lot that we want to share with people about how we manage trash so solid waste is a fancy term for trash. Essentially so we manage all the trash and recyclables for Lancaster County so educating people on best waste management practices, how to live sustainably, how to live green and sharing that information in a way that's digestible and that they can apply to their life. So a busy the day for me is one in which I'm going in about ten different ways at any given time so it could media relations. It could be working on our branding so maintaining the website and updating it creating marketing materials, working with my senior management team on developing presentations. I do a lot of public speaking. I do a lot of writing, a lot of content writing, writing for the Web, writing for publications, social media coordination, also working with our had HR team to do internal communications as well. So at any given time I probably have about 10 to 15 different projects that I'm working on. It requires good time management skills and being to be able to prioritize and also self-manage so challenging at times I would say.
